I think it's a great mistake - to mix up religion with Faith.
I'd say that dogmata of religion is mostly like crutches for people's faith. Crutches help a challenged person to walk but he or she is not able to run until he/she gives up the crutches.
This problem needs a real Wisdom. How to teach your spirit to walk without crutches and not let it to fall...

I like the way you put this. I would also add part of Wisdom is having Tolerance. Its the acceptance that other people may not think the same way you do, and that their Faith may be different from your own. I have a problem with people of Faith who believe that theirs is the only ONE true faith and that the dogmata of their religion compels them to impose their beliefs on others (proselytize) ... because they truly believe that they are right, and you are wrong (how arrogant).

I just wonder - why you are respectful to the people having religious delusions? Try to read the books: "Gods delusion" and "God is not great". But maybe you already read them. Then your respect is more like a fear of people with strong religious beliefs as it is a form of insanity to be a believer in any faith. And insanity should be treated with understendable caution.
