Nice Weekend; Looking Forward To This Week!
I had a nice weekend just hanging out at my place. I got my exercise equipment cleaned as well so I could workout more. I also got out today to enjoy some of the lovely sunshine. I didn't have anything going on for the weekend with appts. Hopefully I will have some things going on for this week. For now, I have afternoons and evenings available starting Tues. Oct.14th through Fri. Oct.17th. I hear the weather is supposed to be very nice this week; and I know I am looking forward to gettting out some this week(smiling)! Everyone enjoy a great week!

It's exercise equipment like cross training glider, treadmill, and a rider that has hydraulics on it to help with muscle tone. I love all of them because they help not only with the outer appearance; but they also help keep the heart and my health good too.
