Yes, there are times when I can do that without having many problems falling asleep. There are other times that I have to prepare my mind and body to rest to get to sleep by drinking cammomile tea and preparing myself for sleep when I am at my place. I am more of a night owl though. Don't get me wrong; I still like to get to sleep a little early every now and again.
